Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through Stripe. LaGOLDEN does not store your credit card details on our servers. 3. Data Usage: We use your information solely to provide our services, communicate with you regarding sessions, and send occasional brand updates if you have opted in. THE VALUE OF TIME At LaGOLDEN, the space we hold for your evolution is sacred. To ensure that every client has the opportunity to experience this work, we maintain a clear policy regarding our time together.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations: Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a fee of 50% of the session price (or the forfeiture of one session from your pre-paid package).
No-Shows: If you do not arrive for your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee will be applied and considered completed.
REFUND POLICY Because of the time-intensive nature of PSYCH-K® and the personal dedication required for each balance, all sales are final. This applies to individual sessions, pre-paid packages, and intensive containers.
No Refunds on Services: Once a session is booked and paid for, the fee is non-refundable, as it secures a dedicated block of time in Larissa’s practice.
Package Integrity: For multi-session packages, refunds are not provided for unused sessions. However, in the spirit of the work, unused sessions remain valid for six months and may be transferred to a friend or family member with prior written approval.
Completed Work: Under no circumstances are refunds issued for sessions already conducted, as the energetic exchange and professional time have been fully rendered.
PUNCTUALITY Your session will begin and end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, we will utilize the remaining time of your booking to its fullest, but we cannot extend the session past the original end time.
